Holding an MSc. in Exercise Physiology, Nina has spent three decades studying both Eastern and Western, ancient and modern healing and high-performance lifestyle practices — travelling the world to build a methodology that draws on the full spectrum of human knowledge about the body.
That methodology is Long-Haul Energy™ — one of the most complete whole-person performance systems in the field. Built on 30 years of practice, thousands of client hours and a lifelong obsession with how the human body performs, recovers and thrives under sustained pressure.
