As an Exercise Physiologist, MSSES with nearly three decades of experience in wholistic health, I've studied and contemplated the body from most every angle possible which allows me to bring a unique blend of expertise, intuition and commitment to every client relationship. 


As the founder of Whole Health Leadership, I work with a select group of visionary women leaders, providing highly personalized, one-on-one support that allows us to dive deep into your specific needs, challenges and goals and quickly solve any challenges you are having within your body.
