When capacity is stable, we focus on maintaining it. When strain begins to show, we recalibrate early. And if exhaustion or health issues emerge, my work is to help restore balance quickly so performance can continue without collapse.

Nina Midtgaard,MSSES
For over 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of health, performance, and lifestyle — helping leaders restore their bodies, rebuild energy, and function at a higher level in life.

My professional path includes a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology (MSSES), along with deep study in nutrition, personal training, yoga philosophy, and mind–body approaches. I have lived and studied yoga in India, worked across both Eastern and Western health traditions, and spent decades applying this knowledge in practice.
